Can you guys give me any ideas for a good-reliable Push Mower for smaller yards? What do you guys use? Thanks:usflag:

Toro with the cast deck. Little tanks that cut great.

Go with the Lawn-Boy. I use the 2-stroke 6.5hp push (approx $800 after tax). It's lighter than the Toro. Better pick them up fast though, I believe the 2-stroke just got discontinued because of environmental regulations. My dealer only has three left.

residential lawn boys if you are doing only a couple small backyards or just side walk strips i did 20 lawns my first year and the thing lasted a year without a problem now its used for only a couple house and only thing that ever went bad where the wheels ($10 for new ones) and cosmetic issues

If it is your only mower for all your houses maybe get a commercial grade one but im against spending 800-1000 for a commecial 21 inch when i can buy 3 residential ones for the same price

I have used the same Toro (cast iron deck) for 10 years and it still starts on the 2nd pull. Mows great!
