I overseeded 3 weeks ago and applied starter a week later (50% PCSCU). I marked my schedule to put winterizer in second half of November. I was reading forum and some suggest to apply another round of fertilizer at 3-4 weeks mark. Should I do it even if I applied starter at full rate first time?

My opinion, additional fert at 4 weeks is about right. 2 weeks is too soon. You may stimulate excessive growth, but you will speed the fill-in of new grass.

Fert and Squirt is not a one size fits all proposition... 50% slow release doesn't begin to tell the story... The weather over the past 4 weeks, irrigation, type of soil, location or seed type all have something to add to the discussion...

Dumping fert every 4 weeks is a comon thing to do... just do it and stop agonizing over the whys and wherefores... as long as you aerate, dethatch, sprays the 'cides and be willing to manage sickly grass you're fine... :)
