putting a bid in for the State,need help!

    how do I present my estimate on paper. grass cutting ,mulching ,and trimming. 1 yr .what other papers do i need to give. 1st time bidding .I have my price,just need a little in sight,with the paper set up!any Help. Thank You, God Bless!

    Include any credentials or association affiliations, especially civic group associations. Include a copy of the coverage letter for your general liability and work comp. insurances. As far as the itemization of each task, list exactly what you and your crew will be doing, and will be responsible for. I don't give a separate price for each service, only a total package price, broken into the monthly/quarterly payment schedule. I don't like to do all the work for someone else to take figures from, you know? Hope this helps in any small way..

    You should have been provided with an IFB packet - we do a lot of state and federal work and that's the only authorized way they can entertain bids.
