Putting customers on the web

    Does anyone put their customers on a web page so each customer can access, via password, their account, to check balances, make payments, add services, or comment on performance?

    i had a system in the works like that until homestead quit on me:(

    Maybe Intuit (Quick Books) online program. I forget what I read about the online version.

    That's a pretty good idea why they didn't want to deal with you any more.

    Just what we need casey, more office work to do.

    The point would be less. Easier access to customer wants, payments, complaints. They could add services, pay bills, *****, with no effort on our behalf.
