    Hey all
Im in business about 3/4 time (Have income from other work) in the state of Tennessee.

So I'm doing about 50% mowing with some hedge trimming, leaf work etc and about 50% fine garden maintenance, perennials, annuals, some shrub care.
Came into garden maintenance by apprenticing with other gardeners and migrated to my own customers.

I want to grow some business and get more into lawn care. I don't want to do hardscaping or major installations.

So I have a city business license...and I know about Master Gardener, but i see several other options and am unclear---whats the diff and whats required?
Licensed contractor -such a thing for landscapers? Certification required?
    Licensed Horticulturalist????
    Any insights appreciated.

PS I have liability insurance. Should I advertise this on printed materials or does this invite nogoodniks?
