QB Customer Service

    I hate dealing with QB Customer Service, I love the program. But when you have a problem with the program and call the customer service they want to charge you just to give you a couple minutes of help! Sorry just wanted to vent!

    We had issues with QB after doing an upgrade and had to spend over an hour on the phone. It didn’t cost anything though and they did resolve the issues.

    Thanks for the offer, but I got the problem straightened out! I think it depends on which customer service rep you get as far as if they want to charge you or not!
