Are there benefit that one has over the other, i am getting ready to purchase and am looking for one that is catered more towards our industry, i just figured being a "landscape contractor" the Contractors edition may be better suited, anyone with either of these care to help give me some insight on them?

I started off with Pro. I can upgrade later.

I don't really care to track inventory not do I keep any except left overs.

I have also had pretty good success w/ Qxpress... this will be my second year using it. The other popular scheduling software is CLIP... not sure how it compares though.
