I have a walker mower and on several of my lawns i notice that the very far right edge of the grass after i cut it is a tad bit taller than the rest. i figured out how to stop it by putting the deck on the very edge of the last strip and it seems to fix it. what could cause this? also....my cut quality has gone down a bit..can having a loose pto belt cause this aside from dull blades?

It sounds like your deck is not level. Have you checked your blades height on each side?

check to see if the right blade is bent upwards

Yeah....You likely have a bent blade. With Walkers center blade overlap, it's masking it in the center.

    Buy new blades.

That or a blade got mounted upside down, don't laugh too hard until you check.
