Question about cleanups

    I have a client who is about to place her house on the market and would like a summer clean up ( new customer ) I have done small clean ups but nothing this size ( is more of an estate ) to you all pretty much pick up everything in sight or what. Just wondering Thanks Joe

    I would personally trim the bushes, paint the mulch if any, seal the driveway and put up christmas lights.

    use a bagger if possible to go over the lawn, pick up branches, sticks, and trash. edge the flower beds and walkways. apply a fertilizer if you legaly can. clean out beds, and trim hedges, put down mulch, and see about pressure washing the deck and patio. also, CHARGE WELL, this is a big undertaking and you should get paid well.
