I took a video of my pro800 over a solenoid. Call me from your cell and I'll send it as a text

I ordered the Pro 800 through Ewing last week, and should be here later this week or early next. I used it last year at a minor league baseball field as they didn't know where the valves were. Looking forward to owning a new piece of equipment for tracking. My 521s are old and not working well, as the head phones and jacks are tough to make good connections.

Thanks for posting the video(s) Mr. Jim, your an excellent teacher in my book.
By the way, i have to ask: it looks like you stabbed into the PVC line with your knife? im betting that its just an optical illusion though?

I am having the connection problem as well. Drives me crazy.

Surely there is some kind of jack replacement/fix for this issue?

yes it's an illusion Rhett, everything was so tight that as I said before, I skinned sheath back and inserted the knife blade between the wire and the insulation, using the knife blade for my point of connection.

it's a short trip for you, won't take much gas:)

    Radio shack my friend. :waving:
