Four Rods with holes on each corner of the deck, I/2 inch each hole. Also can use i/4 or 1/8 inch spacer so it can be adjusted in small increments.

or buy the manual deck height adjuster which is a $400 option but is well worth it!

Get in the habit of counting the holes every time you change the height. Walkers are much easier than the Toro WB's but 3 "4"'s and a "5" will screw up a lawn. (Yes, I'm speaking from experience ;) )

I'll second that! Unless you only cut one height all day.. I know I don't, heck I change heights sometimes between a front lawn and the back, and then change again for the next stop. I invested the $400 in the height adjuster and still smile every time I use it. It took some serious aggrivation to get it adjusted just right at first. The dealer's guys worked on it 2 times and still didn't have it right. I fianlly had to work it out and got it sitting level. Haven't had to do anything to it since though.

My 48" GHS deck was about $1,700, that's just the deck and the hanger.

The tractor itself runs around $8,000 for the MT-23 model.

Check out walkers website and find a dealer near you.

Man, I just payed $12,700 for an MTGHS with a 42" deck, no options other than low pro tires! That's with a $500 discount! Being in California, everything is higher!

I will admit, the prices on the walkers around here is less than about everywhere else in the country... I've seen prices that people are paying in the northeast and they are no better. Funny, they all come from the same factory, and all cost the same when they are sold to the distributior... somewhere in there someone is making HUGE money on each machine for you guys that are paying a grand or MORE than we are here.
