I'm work-shopping a checklist for clients. I service some upper class areas. My goal is to create, for those who want it, a way for them to select what they know they will want done. These services may include mowing, hedges, mulch, etc... my question to you guys is: Do you give them the price now in the spring, or do you call them when the time comes?... I already call / email folks in the spring and fall to sell mulch. Only thing I dislike about a large price divided by 12, is that service cancellations could cost me. Not that I have many cancellations, just something to avoid. Im worried about giving to much price information out early and people having shock.
