Say there is a guy looking for a job. He is from the deep south, about 6 years experience with impecable references. Can run any maintenance equipment, fix minor things, very book smart, clean cut, honest as the day is long, reliable. Will work dawn till dark, friendly to people. Valid drivers license, can pass a drug test. What would you start him at, and what could he expect within a year? Any overtime?

NOOOOOOOOOOO. My employee has family there and I want to know what I have to do to keep him if it ever comes to that. What about winter time? Unemployment? Or is it not available for seasonal work?
