I have some bidding I have to do before the end of December. This land company has 17 different apartment complexes and assisted living facilities.
Should I make a seperate contract and bid for each? Or, make one contract with all bids listed on one sheet with a place to initial if they need my services on that particular location? The way the lady thats over this for the politician/owner of the land company said to me, "We will probably have the properties split between to different lawn care companies. And then if the weather gets either one of them behind a day or two it won't make the rest of the year late every cut. Please reply with your experienced opinions and possibly examples if there are any other ideas out there. Thanks Jason :help:

    i would separate.
alot of companies like that will split up work between a couple different contractors so they don't " put all thier eggs in one basket"
