I am looking at getting my pesticide/fertilizer license in Dayton Ohio. I will be running the business by myself an start-up. My question is: If i am only applying fertilizer and common pesticides (weed-and-feed), can I get my garage certified as a place of business? tis is where I would store the items until they were being applied.

the garage probably will need to be detached from your house, at least that is how it is in IN.

it probably don't need to be detatched but the products need to be out of reach of children and pets who would be using the space. If you have a drain in the floor it needs to be plugged. I know several people who use their garage attached to the house and was not a problem with the inspector.
