I am bidding on a residential prop. that requires 26 yards of mulch. Cost of the mulch from the supplier is about $800 with delivery (dyed black mulch) WhJust wondering what others would charge for labor of spreading the 26 yards? The property is pretty spread out so it will take some extra time to wheel around. Thanks for any help!

A yard, with mark-up, a man, charged out at a profitable price, per hour.

That's some pretty expensive mulch up there...down in Philly burbs I can get for $23/yard brown-dyed in 10 yard loads and my mulch blower service charges me $15/yard for brown-dyed mulch. I'd make a few more calls if I were you! $30/yard is pretty high, unless you're getting it at homeowner prices.
