I just thought of this now and was looking for some insight.

Its about commercial plates on my truck, the truck i use for work is my only vehicle so i was wondering if i need commercial plates for it? Also if i do get them for the truck what would happen if i were in a wreck? Could the people come after the business even if i'm not working and just doing other stuff? I have insurance on the truck of course and I'm working on getting insurance for the business now that I'm of age to get it on my own and the business is a sole proprietorship. Thanks for the help.

check with your local DMV im pretty sure g-d forbid you killed someone with a company truck when u arent working im they can sue and take every dime from your company.
i know for sure a kid around here was driving an M3 under his dads companies name and he killed someone either racing or driving drunk and his dad went bankrupt.
