I send out surveys mid summer and get 80% return. Mostly all good stuff.
We always send out a short 8-10 question flyer at the end of the season for all of our customers. Use a 1-5 scale on price, professionalism, timliness etc..... At the bottom there is a comment section and a place if they can be used for reference (they seem to like that). This works really well for us over 90% response.<p>Mike<br>Greenkeepers
