I seeded some fescue last fall and I'm trying to prepare for this fall. Its been dry here and I've been dragging hoses. I'm seeing some bermuda taking over close to the house. Its a good bit. I don't know if I should round up this area now or cut this really short while I cut the rest of the fescue at 4". This may look stupid though. What's the best solution? I want to seed heavy in this area to try to prevent this from happening next year.
