i know they are not great, but i can get more weds, thought i would post a few though.
I do not know much about Wright but looking a pics it looks like the new one has a different platform, oil filter in different location, cup holder in fuel tank, smaller fenders and looks to have smaller tires.
I really think since my needs have changed I might look into/demo some of the standers this spring. I have a great dealer that carries the Toro and I assume the new Exmark. A good dealer that will carry the V-Ride. The Toro dealer carried the Wright several years ago, but I have not seen any on the floor in several years.
Very nice looking machines.
nice mowers. when i upgrade mowers im going to look into a stander
Nice i want a stander too
Is it just the picture or does the motor sit a little farther forward on the new one ?
I second that Bob. Also I can't believe that the chin guard is gone! Must think since they gave a long gut pad it would be ok. Still not fond of the black pad cover... I really like the brown. Are those 48's or 52's?
All I know is you really need one Jason
My gut would hit the gut pad 5 minutes before my shins hit
they are 48in. the new one has a 19hp so i think that is what you mean my it sticking farther out. the front castors are positioned narrower too for better curb and curve cutting. this was an issue with the 48 as the deck was barely wider than the tires were. they are the same tires all round though. new hydros, with fans and smaller res for hydro too. the platform is spring action and makes for a way better ride. the parking break is totally dif and well, most of the platform is actually not the same at all. it may look very similar, but they are not the same , even the control panel frame is different shaped and the fenders integrated into the frame etc.
i will get some more better pics up, but figured i owed you all something since i have been talking about it for some time now!!
