Are there any quickbooks users out there that also offer budget billing to their clients. Basically, customers pay the same price each month for an entire 12 month period. This includes all services performed during that time.

I am trying to figure this out and how to do it through Quickbooks, which I use as my billing software. Any thoughts or suggestions is much appreciated.

I haven't found any way of doing it other than making each customer have an item for the monthly price.

i too would do it the same as cleancut, then make all the other services no charge. That way you can keep track of what you did and when, but it wont affect your bill.

I do that for my seasonal mowing clients.

The other option is to write up a bill for them in word or something and send them that bill each month. You could then bill them regularly through quickbooks but DON'T send the QB bills. This way you can tell if they are paid forward or owe you depending on what time of the year it is and what services you have rendered.

In either option enter the payment as any other payment in quickbooks.
