So I just installed Quickbooks Pro 2005 (Please, this question is about quickbooks, so please dont suggest other programs I should be using) My question is on the invoicing side, When I create a 'list' or 'item' For instance For item number I set up LS45 is Lawn service for $45, and the description comes up automatically for Cut, Edge, Trim Etc... My question is, Is there an easy way to show the date that each job happened... or do I need to manually type in 01-01-07 to show the lawn service happened that day? Thanks!

As of Yesterday I upgraded my 2005 Quickbooks Pro to the 2007 version. The 05 version has a customer register to enter daily work to each customer. Today's date will automatically appear. Email me at tthrog@wk.net for additional questions.
