I just upgraded to qbpro 2005 from qb 1999. Some things are a bit different. For instance, I can't seem to figure out if you can automatically apply credit balances to new statement charges without going through the receive payments menu. I've got people who have paid in advance for items that are showing up in the A/R reports with both the negative credit balance and then again with the statement charges against it. Is there a way to automatically apply the credits to the charges so they won't show up? Thanks.
