I see that I can't charge sales tax in a Statement but in an invoice I can. How does everyone else do this. Do you send out an invoice every month or a statement or both.

    Thanks, Jason

We enter an invoice everytime we service a customer. At the bottom of the invoice is a memo field. Enter the description of the service in the memo field adn save the invoice. This will put a description of the service on the statement along with the date and invoice number. Once a month we bill for all services performed during the month.

We basically do the same, only I really don't care for the 3 stock invoices they have. So, we used the custom template and designed our own. Works well for us, too.

I created my own Tempelate also but how do you get color on it. Black and white is just ugly to me.
