Qxpress question...

    Has anyone had an issue with Qx routing? I will enter a customer info and sometimes it will disappear or add dates that I did not enter. I don't know if there is something I can do. Could this be a software glitch??

    chances are one of your staff just don't know how the automatic rescheduling works. But without detail, how would you expect us to answer such an ambiguous question?

    A little box will pop up asking "This customer has had this service scheduled before. Do you want to copy all the settings to this service?" if you tell it yes, it will put that service in the same date and times from the last time you scheduled it. Click on "No"
