I'd like to hear your guys opinon on the wireless vs the standard rain clik. I believe I've heard the wireless model can be very finicky about were you can place the sensor and receivers. But I like the prospect of not having visible wires.

What are you guys installing? Anyone have issues with the wireless model?

We install nothing but Hunter wireless rain sensors. They have workedthe kinks out now and are very effective.

I like the concept of the wireless but they do seem to be a lot more "water sensitive" then the standard. It seems a couple drops on the wireless will send a stop to the clock.

Hunter claims a 'quick response' as one of its advantages. The wireless Hunter seems fine, as long as you don't have masonry or metal getting in the way of the signal.
