man, it is so frustrating to be stalled by rain. we just got started yesterday, got a great amount done on one of our larger projects, and was planning on finishing it today. but probably not, given the extreme lighting and thunder that is hitting us hard. even if it stops, since this project is a metal roof with a pretty good pitch, I am thinking we are off it for the day. I may start a flat roof commercial building this afternoon if it clears up, but I hate to have 2 open projects when we are only running one crew right now.

I remember not too many years back I would work in the rain, and we still do some ground work in november if it is just drizzeling and the pressure is on. but this early in the season it is better just to wait for good weather and work a bit longer hours.

do you guys work in the rain?
