Pardon me for the bandwidth, but I thought an item of interest would be the following form that a real estate agent thought might lighten up the mood at a closing, when there are endless forms to be signed.

    The best part was:

Not all badgers come with a mushroom, mushroom. If ever in the presence of a badger snake protection is highly reccomended.

Didn't stepenwolf say something about badgers?

Anyway, the reason there are no snakes in Ireland is because of
    the badgers.

And line 3 is the right way to handle any disputes of ownership.

Then the forum should adopt badgers & turn them loose at the big boxes!
