    Thats a ******** statement. First the word is Britches. Second, what do you base this on?

    Listen, they probably aren't coming back. If you have an issue they have a customer service phone number with a bunch of happy people who's only mission in life is to help you with your mower.

    have to agree with The Dude regarding iluvscag's comment...doesn't make sense, doesn't even make sense, literally since he used the phrase improperly as well....

    and so everyone knows we have spoken to eXmark and they have not forgotten this forum and are working to get someone in place.... but please remember, this is a luxury, not something that should be expected. eXmark stepped up to the plate like other sponsors here to make this forum a reality and on top of that, some of them even have forums where you can bypass asking dealers, calling support, etc...
