Any body run these? Whatcha think of them? I am thinking about buying one of these to repalce a t-270. How does the power compare? Hopefully a little more? Would ya reccommend them? I basically want some real world expierence...

snapper, the 3000 is a great trimmer ! I have used the T270 in the past and I find the 3000 to be more powerful, smoother, lighter and more fuel efficient. The 3000 is very versatile, it is good for weekly lawn trimming and strong enough for brush clearing. I wouldn't reccommend it for small trees necessarily though :)

    I agree with Tider6972.

I have the BCZ3000S and the 340 and others. Both are outstanding trimmers.

Tanaka's better with a blade because it has more power.

Redmax seems the perfect balance of power, weight and ease of use.

    Get the one you like.

I don't have the 3000, but I do have the BCZ2400S and BCZ2600S models......love them both. Great power and performance, very comfortable to use.

Just bought the BCZ3000S and I LOVE it. Has more power than the 2500 with little more weight. I will always be a redmax fan!!
