Redmax 7001 shocking (Somebody please)

    Band new 7001 shocking me every time I touch the left throttle . I have other 7001's that have never done this to me. Some people say it is static but this is not the case. Please can I get some help on this one. ( Or soon you will be able to jump start a car off me.

    I get the samething with my Redmax 8000.

    This one has me puzzled, the switch is there. Are you sweaty when it does it or dry. Let me know the conditions, I'll contact RedMax Monday and see what I can find out from the fellas in Georgia. Someone in another post said they wrapped vinyl electric tape around the switch area and it helped on an Echo. Try that for a temp fix. I'll post after I talk to RedMax tomorrow.

    It's dry. And i wear gloves and can still feel it.
