I've got a Redmax 7000 blower and the motor is shot. The dealer told me it looks like the bearing worked their way into the cylinder. I was wondering if there was anywhere I could order a replacement motor. The dealer wanted $300 to replace the motor. I'm sure I could bolt the motor on myself and it should be cheaper just to buy the motor. Any suggestions? Thanks.

You can get a whole new blower for $150-200 more than that, but I hate throwing away some thing just because a component is shot as well myself.

Just leave it unlocked at a jobsite. Someone will have a really nice surprise.
