    Ditto Dad, although most of the equipment in todays world is a heap of shiit and 10 years is a bet your going to lose more times than not.

    I had a couple of projects where the landscape, irrigation and low voltage lighting alone was $1mil. We were billing out progress payments in increments of $75K to $100K, sometimes larger. On the larger projects that's just how the money flows.
