Usually, the better the market, the more the cost to buy a home in that area.

There is plenty of work here in Florida. Not as much money in it down here, but the weather is beautiful, which helps keep us busy most of the year.

    I wouldn't come to Florida.
Great place to visit but not live here and work here.
The whole state is turning into the next Cali. Cant do anything anymore without some "Enviro Nazi" banning something.
The other thing, everywhere you look there is somesort of LCO.
There are way to many LCO here that is why the price is so stinkin cheap.
In the Tampa area there is over 5000 registered LCO's. That does not include all the unregistered. And all the other Yahoos that drive over from the other counties to work in the Tampa subs and drive the price down.
After 14 years here Im thinking of going to Wi. The quality of life is better and the schools for my kids are much better.
And after reading here for the last 2 weeks the LCO's make better money upnorth.
Anything north of the panhandle is better than what we have here.

Go to New Jersey! There are barely any LCOs there and they have a minimum of 45 per lawn!

Ya FL is definitly out for personel reasons. I was thinking some up North East like New Jersey or way out west to a growing town. I just hope I can afford it up north.

I left FLA for Northern VA. Better schools. better money. and work for the wifey....Of corse I got out of the personal business. Up here there are more large LCO's, but not many small guys. But the burbs are gorwing out so fast. Do a search for Loudoun County. 45 minutes west of DC.....the houses are gorwing like weeds and most of are on 1 acre sites....Lots of town house communities as well....

Charlotte Nc seems to be growing very fast, especially around Concord Nc. The Greensboro Area seems to be expanding alot in housing areas. I noticed alot of growth this past fall on a trip to the GIE in Charlotte

Yea*wink* New jersey has no lco..... Counting me on my street of 20 houses there are 3 lco.... Around one block is another, around the other block theres another....
And unless you have 400k to buy a .15 of an acre prop with a nice house on it and pay 6k a year in property tax... oh not to mention the obsean car insurance costs... Traffic is on every street... NEw jersey is a great place to live.... Everything is here NYC, mountians, beachs, casinos...hot summers cold winters.... Alot of money too... bUt the cost of living is pretty bad....
