Trying to get a good feel for this project. We will be removing all rock, removing weeds, grading and topsoil/seed along right side of house along with a few other misc things.
Skid access is ok but will have to either lay a lot of plywood or deal with repair ( they have irrigation so im thinking topsoil and seed or slitseed will work fine).

My idea is to pull bushes with skid, pull rock with skid, hand pull weeds (Round up will take to long as its fall and this job needs to be done asap), grade out with what soil I have and most likely bring in 5 yards topsoil and seed. Total area to be pulling is 30 x 42, 1/3 of which is 3-4" 1.5" river rock, rest is soil/decomposed mulch

My estimate is 5 hours skid, 10 MH labor, $300 in disposal, $310 in topsoil and seed. Totaling $1735, 1 day of work. We have a skid and a f550 dump on hand
