I have a 14hp/48" Metro_One of the drive tires went flat,I removed the E ring and the 2 washers, the wheel should come off right?Well I tried lightly prying, tapping the inner side of the wheel with no luck.Is there something else holding it on?Thanks for the help.----MikeK.

    Mike,

A couple of things that might help. First you need to make sure the "scraper" is loosened and turned out of the way. The Scraper mounts behind the wheel and removes any debris that gets wedged into the drive wheel pulley. You may also need to hold the brake band open otherwise it can shift and bind onto the brake band.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks

    Terry
