Removing ROPS on Kubota ZD21

    Does temporarily removing the ROPS on a ZD21 alter the integrity of the frame/mower. Has anyone done this? It looks like it is bolted on. The machine is great except under low branches, even with the the ROPS folded.

    No it will not affect anything . It wasn't there until this year. Yes I did it on mine before I sold it and bought a Ferris.

    I lost the low limb grabbin' thing after the first time I cut with it. It doesn't effect the mower at all, unless you roll it..

    Anybody know if JD makes one for the John Deere 757? I've seen many on the Exmarks but not on a Deere. Any idea what one would cost?? Thanks.
