I have these small thorns buried in my fingers. They hurt and I do not want them there. What is the best way to remove them? Thanks!

A decent pair of tweezers and a jewelers loop or microscope with good lighting.

Tweezers never work for me for getting slivers out. I always use the smallest sewing needle that I can find. Use it to make a hole/peel away all skin on top of the sliver. Then it should squeeze out.
