Just curious what the going rate is for a 1/2 acre in your area. All the trimming can be done in about 5 minutes.

    Thank you.

Depends. Hills? Trees? Uneven ground? Catch, mulch, or let if fly? etc

If I make around $60 an hour, I'm reasonably happy

No hills, about a dozen trees, mulch. I was thinking $30/cut.

I would say a bit more than the $30. Something closer to $35-40 per cut including trimming.

I guess I was factoring that the house is literally 100 yards or so from mine and wouldn't even require me to drive any distance. The owners have moved and are trying to get their house sold, so I thought I'd go ahead and do it for them.

With being that close, no need to load up a trailer or truck to haul the equipment. You should make a nice profit at that rate.
