I have a Cub (Lesco) 36" gear drive walk, Peerles trans.
Running engine at full throttle, in first gear, even at times in certain situations is moving to fast.
Can these transmission gears be changed?
Would like to keep RPM's up for cut quality.
    Thanks

if your in 1 gear and its bogging the grass is way too tall. You can pull your brakes to slow it down.
I get all my sod from your neighborhood:)

Well, Been into many of these little gear boxes and I don't know of any way to gear it down inside. The only way I see is maybe changing the input drive pulley with a larger one if you have the clearance to do so.

Sorry I don't have better news.

    Thanks guys.
Thought maybe they had different gear sets for different apps.
When it's wide open, it likes to pop wheelies if your not real carefull. After a day of cutting your arms get lax.

Yes Hole in one, alot of farms in this area.
