My local Western Auto just started selling Exmark.

I stopped in to check prices, the lady NEW to exmark was trying to help me I informed her I'm jsut checking prices.

She then ran and got a book and started looking up prices, even though they were clearly marked on the machines.

she then started telling me, this one that was at 9,000 and some change that the price would be 7000.00

she said the price on the tag was the sugusted retail price and that she could come down on everything...

Much to my surprise she was offering me almost 2,000 off on every model that she had...

I must admit I have NEVER had anyone do that in the past.

She is selling them like Wal Mart , make a little on everything you sell equals big profit. Keep in mind service is more important than price but I have to agree $2000 is a big discount. Are they going to be doing warranty repairs? Do they have a service dept?
