I have a bid that I have already put in on a two tier wall with the total linear footage being 140'. I want to know what some of you would charge to see if I was close or too high. Here is some info. The home is located approx 30 miles from the nearest suppliers and from home. The wall is going around a newly built garage on fill dirt. There is relatively steep grade on two sides of the garage with a moist back yard. The customer wants the wall to start approx 3' off the garage foundation. We will be using the Keystone compac unit with the grid, drainage, backfill, etc. The "right way" to build the wall. I figure the labor will take 64-80 hrs x two people or two weeks, tops. I hope I have given enough info to make a good conclusion. It wouldn't be the worst wall to build but also not the easiest due to soil conditions.
