Was wondering what everyone else would bid??

Wall has 75 face feet of Roman stack.

All materials and factors were calculated and I was underbid by $700.00 and I was only charging $26.00 face foot?

I guess I am a little vague on my description, I just want to know if my numbers are off or is the guy worling for free??

Any estimates would be greatly appreciated

     :

I looked back through some records and found that Roman Stack was going in for an average of around $18 a sq. ft, depends on install, number of base fet etc..., but my highest was $21 a foot. My operational costs are probably less in my area than yours, but maybe it helps you out.

    I'd be around $20.00 - $25.00 a sq. ft for Roman Stack....
