I was wondering if anyone has had much experience with the newer Dwarf Tall Fescue cultivars that are advertised as being rhyzomatic?

I love turf type tall fescues for there durability and shade tolerance. Hadn't really seen much on whether the rhyzomatic blends actually spread out as well as the claims would suggest.

I mixed a blend using that product last fall and we'll see how it works this year. The proof remains to be seen if it will fill in bare spots and blend well with regular tttf.

Thanks for the reply. I'd be interested in hearing how it performs over the season. It's an interesting seed but I've heard such widely mixed reviews on it that I'm not ready to let it into my arsenal.
