Has anyone had or currently have clients who just plain and simply refuse to sign a renewal but expect you to have 2 guys spend 2 days at their house installing their decor?? I have a customer that is simply driving me nuts. The renewal was sent in September, multiple times via email as well as snail mail, again in October and once again in November. To this date as of 5 minutes ago, when are decorations getting installed? Once again, still no signed agreement, and now required by new insurance company due to electrical being specified for projects to issue coverage if God forbid an issue arose, accountant having to try to account for product used, - got taken severely last year for about 10k with nothing to produce for records of sale - did three projects on hand shake word of mouth agreement. Totally amazes me at how intensely difficult it appears to be for people that obviously have great jobs, so they must be educated, can not seem to comprehend simply signing a piece of paper and sending it back. God I can not wait for this year to be over!!!!!
