    Hi Guys, :waving:

I am new to the forum, it's good to be here ! :)

I have a older John Deere riding mower, it seems to stall out on me after it has run a while, when I let it sit for about 10 min, it cranks right up.

Any Idea's as to what the problem is ? :)

Hi, Sounds to me you may have a possible ignition problem,You did not say what engine is on this machine which would be helpful,But here is a quick test to find out. Have a spare spark plug in hand,Run the machine until it shuts off on you.....Pull the plug wire off and install extra plug in wire, hold that plug against a head bolt and turn the engine over observing the end of the plug for a blue spark. If there is no spark try the same test after it cools.
This will tell you if it is the ignition or not.
I could probably give you more to go on with a engine brand and model number, Both are on the flywheel housing.
    Good Luck!
