What is the best way to calculate roundup cost?
Can the cost to round up be calculated per gallon? If so how much lobor per gallon?
My hourly rate plus cost of materials, Or time and materials
So if its 1 hour to spray its 43.50 plus material...I buy my roundup at a comercial rate but charge just below the resi purchase price....(most of the time)....there you go.
Round-Up like all Glysophate products offer a wide use rate depending on target pest. Read the label, know your cost. Round up $50.00 a gallon average use rate is 3 oz/ 1000. Whats your cost?, $1.17 per/ 1000. Now you should know your labor rate. What will your market bare? How much profit would you like to make. Of course you need to factor fuel, equipment cost, workmans comp, taxes, private mistress upkeep, all vaild expenses when figuring a job profit and loss.
Mine cost $70 for 2.5 gal , I use 2 oz per gal
Easy. Dont use it....use Scythe.
maybe in combination w/ roundup for quick burn, but scythe alone won't give good long term effects.
This thread sounds like a good algebra problem for my daughter to work on. (She started algebra this week @ school)
