RPM's increases

    I got a 25hp kawi that always wants to increase its rpms to around 3900 no load, seems to have a mind of its own.:confused: Specs are 3600 no load. When the unit is under load the rpms are at 3400, would this be acceptable, i know lots of guys here set their rpms to 3600 with a load on the engine.

    Well as you said spec. is 3600 no load, So spec. under load will be in the 3400 range so your engine if set at spec. it's running as intended. I see nothing wrong with that.
