I'm a new guy to the site(awesome site), been in the biz for about 4yrs. I have one customer that I always have to run down my money. I have suggested that he leave it in the door or somewhere for me to pick up(when I'm their) and he agrees, but its never there. He's been a customer for 1yr. I make good money with him but the aggravation is not worth it!

If it were me, I would either charge him extra for the collection trouble he causes or I would just drop him all together! Welcome to LS!

Do you invoice? What is the due date? what is the penalty for late pay.
Add this to the bill once and see if that changes anything. If not than tell him that you can not keep him as client if he does not pay by due date.
