What is the best way to resurface or repair rust in a dump bed. I have a ez dumper insert and it is rusting with some of the bed flaking off.
    How best to fix this?

if its a small area sand it down and primer then paint it if, if larger have it sand blasted the primer and repaint

Depending on what you haul, maybe a spray-on is in order? Theres also a product known as "rust converter" that turns oxidation into a hard, black, rust proof primer-like plastic coating. Can be had at most auto parts stores and the Gemplers catalog.
